The Apzem type voc thermal oxidizer scrubbers works on the principle of Thermal oxidizers converts hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) through oxidation at high temperature. Through this we can achieve 96% plus destructive efficiencyon voc’s control. This process is carried out by raising the temperature of the process exhaust to break the hydrogen-carbon bonds, which allows new bonds to form, creating CO2 and H2O. When this occurs, an exothermic reaction takes place, and heat is released. The Apzem team efficiently designs the scrubber to capture the heat and send it to recycling action for more efficiency.

The Apzem type voc catalytic scrubbers works on the principle that the addition of catalyst to either the media or the top of the media column allows to finely mix with flue and followed by a thermal oxidizers. The flue gas with higher concentration can be treated efficiently by this method of achieving 95% plus destructive efficiency of voc control.
